Delivery

All our products are dispatched from the UK.

Import Duties and Taxes

If you have purchased physical products and your delivery address for is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Delivery Services

UK delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail.
International delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

All risk in the Product(s) you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the Product(s)) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver Product(s) if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and refunds

Our  Music Store (the “Shop”) allows you to purchase  Music Content (“Purchased Music”). Unless otherwise specified, all sales are final and risk of loss transfers upon sale. We do not accept returns of Purchased Music.  When you place an order to purchase Music Content on the Store, you acknowledge and agree that you cannot cancel your purchase.
